Labor Ready is seeking ( 20+)  qualified candidates for Food Service-Banquet Servers in the IL and IA areas.   This is an outstanding opportunity to work as a temporary supporting main events.

Job Duties:

-Banquet servers - food prep and turning tables, (serving food, bussing tables and reset of tables)

-Individuals that are able to effectively assist food and beverage service, catering large banquets

- set up and break down of event

- General Clean up, dishwashing, 

Job Requirements:

Qualified candidates MUST have the following:

- Knowledge of Hospitality - Banquet service standards , table setting plated/tray service and customer service practices

- Food Service experience that is a plus

- Excellent attendance required, dependable, trustworthy, strong work ethic, respects authority

-Physically able to stand, walk, bend and lift 50 lbs repeatedly during a shift, with a can do attitude in a fast paced environment, able to multi task

-  Must follow safety regulations and wear proper safety equipment , special attire requirement -black pants, black socks and black non slip shoes, and White-shirt. ( well groomed , no visible tattoos or excessive piercings)

- Values a team work environment, professional and self motivate, has clear communication skills

-  Submit to a Criminal Background Check

- Submit to a Drug Screen

Pay rate : minimum wage

Shifts: Saturday through Friday, various shifts and hours
