Responsible to the Store Manager to assist with all operations of the assigned store.
Take direction from the Store Manager to improve customer experience.
Connecting with customers and customer centric behavior and directing their purchase options.
Perform daily store activities.
Regular attendance at work.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
High school diploma or GED not required, but a plus.
Candidates must be over the age of 16 to apply
Be positive, friendly, upbeat and personable
Maintain a professional appearance at all times
Able to work in a fun, fast paced environment
Ability to work flexible days and hours Have reliable transportation
Strong desire to excel
Demonstrated leadership qualities
Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills with customers
Comfort with mechanical items
Must be reliable and have high personal integrity.
