Press Operators

Labor Ready a TrueBlue company is seeking qualified candidates for Press Operators in the Middlefield, OH area.  Ideal candidates will live in Solon, Middlefield, Chagrin Falls, Garrettesville, Windam and Warren, OH areas.   This is an outstanding temp to hire opportunity supporting a horticultural container company. 50 immediate positions available!  


Job Duties:

- Operate plastic press machine stamping out product container parts

- Load/unload product onto and off of press

- Visually inspects products and then packing them for shipment

- Operate forklifts and run overhead hoist to assist with job functions.



Job Requirements:

Qualified candidates MUST have the following:

- High School diploma/GED 

- Knowledge and previous use of calipers, and micrometer reading practices

- Forklift certifiable, had has a valid drivers license

- Excellent attendance required, dependable transportation, trustworthy, strong work ethic, respects authority

-Physically able to stand, walk, bend and lift 50 lbs repeatedly during a 12 hour shift, with a can do attitude in a fast paced environment, able to multi task with good dexterity

-  Must follow safety regulations and wear proper safety equipment

- Values a team work environment, professional and self motivate, has clear communication skills

- Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen



Pay rate: $9.00 to $10.50 per hour (based on shift and attendance)

Shifts: 1st shift 7:00am to 7:00pm and 2nd shift 7:00pm to 7:00am
