About this job
Position reports to the sous chef, executive chef and the food and beverage director. Is responsible for adhering to Marriott and sanitation standards. Under the direction of the chefs, cook will be responsible for food prep for banquet functions, the cook line for the restaurant / room service, maintaining a clean and organized work area and executing food functions in a team oriented environment.
