Customer Service - Marketing Research (East Bloomington, MN)
Market Research-Bloomington (on busline)-Masterson Staffing is recruiting for long term temporary future openings with this company. Looking for full time 1st shift and second shift individuals. Pay is $10/hr. 1st shift is 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. 2nd shift is 415pm-9pm Monday - Friday and 9AM-4PM on Saturdays. Candidates will be performing outbound calls conducting market research surveys to other business professionals.
********Prefer candidates to have experience with handling rebuttals, rejections, or customer retention. ********Must be able to think on your feet and find your way around rejections.
6 months previous customer service experience required.
Comfortable calling businesses and performing marketing surveys.
You receive a script of what questions you are asking. When you get a hold of the right person you conduct the survey and record the answers.
Must be able to speak clear and fluent English
Pleasant/friendly
Minimal computer skills
Typing skills: minimum of 20-25 words per minute
Self motivated individuals
