Job Description: Provide prompt and courteous service to guests while maximizing guest satisfaction
Knowledge/Training:
- A minimum of 2 years of wait staff experience is REQUIRED
- Fluent English, read and write
- 2nd language helpful
- Room service experience helpful
Essential Tasks:
- Provide superior table service to the guest
- Stock breakfast buffet
- Room service
- Bus and reset tables during shift
- Complete all payment transactions per hotel policies and procedures
- Perform duties as per shift setup and cleanup
