Banquet Server - On Call - Part-time

Job Description:
To prepare tables, serve and clean for banquet functions

Essential Tasks:

• Pushing cart weighing approximately 60 lbs.
• Setting tables and wiping silverware prior to function
• Serving food, carrying trays and chafing dishes
• May involve helping plate the food
• Fold napkins, make coffee, clean dishes from table onto trays
• Pour water, move table and chairs
• Clean hallway and function rooms (wash walls)
• Comply with guests’ needs
• Read BEO and know how to complete a set-up.

Equipment Used: 

•  Serving carts, chafing dishes, sternos, glassware, dishes, silverware, tables and chairs, linen, decorations
