Sales/Wellness Consultant - Full-time / Part-time

In search of highly motivated, mature and professional individual for busy membership massage clinic.

Principal Duties include:

• Sell Wellness Plans by creating relationships & understanding of the needs of each guest
• Answer the phone promptly and professionally
• Schedule appointments based on need
• Sell retail products, and attend product knowledge trainings
• Assist in upholding cleanliness of the facility
• Various duties as assigned by Clinic Management.
• Deliver supreme service using the STAR model with all of our Guests- Every Day, Every   Time

Qualifications:

• Must possess a high degree of interpersonal skills with an outgoing, friendly, pleasant personality that represents the Massage Envy Brand.
• Previous experience in a sales driven retail environment
• Demonstrate the use of selling skills by becoming knowledgeable with our product and service offerings
• Utilize strong communication skills - Verbal, non-verbal and display active listening to assist Guests in making their selections based on need.
• Ability to ask open-ended discovery questions in order to determine the right service or product for a Guest based on their needs and/or lifestyle
• Use product knowledge to assist the Guest with product choices and suggest add-on items to increase items per transaction and average sale
• Ability to effectively communicate with members/ guests on membership benefits, and clinic policies and procedures.
• Multi-lingual speaking a plus, but not required
• Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management and sales staff.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekend hours.
