Job - Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator
Pay - $10.00/Hour
Location - Monroeville, PA
Hours - 9 am to 4 pm Monday thru Thursday, 9 am to 3 pm Friday
Typical assignment lasts 4-6 weeks but can go longer provided the candidate consistently meets established goals.
Successful candidates will posses the following qualifications:
- Excellent phone communication skills. The candidate should be articulate and experienced conversing with business executives.
- Candidate must have good self discipline and be goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and focused.
- Candidate needs to be comfortable with goals and quotas; must reach call quota each day.
- Prefer the candidate has two years
Sales or recruiting experience is preferred with a slightly aggressive yet positive attitude.
