Manufactoring Team Leads for the Welding and Stamping Dept. Needed!!!!
We are accepting application for a large Metal Stamping Facility. This company produces auto parts for the vehicle manufacturing process.
Summary of essential Job functions:
- Leadership of a small production group.
- Clear communications
- Good verbal and written skills
- Lead Team to meet production output as assigned to the team.
- Be hands-on and function as a part of the process as well as just to lead.
Minimum requirements:
HS diploma, some prior management, leadership, ability to work all positions in their manufacturing process knowledge or related experience.
Abilities required
Understand in of team leadership, machine aptitude, can work overtime when needed.
