Your role is unique in the restaurant industry. Very few restaurants cut meat anymore. Most receive their proteins already pre‐portioned and no cutting is required. You are part of a time‐honored tradition that puts a knife in the hands of skilled person and trusts them to turn very expensive meats into beautiful food.
Standing proud in your chef coat, you are the center of attention within a Boston Market and the one that our guests look to as “the chef”.
When our meals are displayed on the plate, they look incredibly appetizing, and the good news is that they taste as good as they look.
