Inside Sales Representative

Spartan Staffing a Trueblue company is a leading provider of dependable labor in various industries across North America. Spartan  is currently accepting applications for an Insides Sales Representative in the Columbus, IN area.  The customer is looking for an experience Inside Sales Representative to maintain relationship with current customers, meet and coordinate with contractors, and gain new customers for an established tool dynamics organization.  This is a temp  to hire position, working days, Monday - Friday . Pay rate is $15 per hour. Fulltime benefits and 401k is available after permanent hire.  

Job Requirements:

Qualified candidates should have the following:

- Proof of your identity and eligibility to work in the US

- High School Diploma or GED

- Excellent attendance required, dependable, trustworthy, strong work ethic, respects authority

- Must follow safety regulations and wear proper safety equipment, such as safety glasses and steel-toe shoes

- Promote the Tool Dynamics organization full-time in a positive manner and the family of coatings and machining services that it offers, which will include:

o   Customer Service - Provide an effective communication channel between manufacturing and the customer base to ensure customer satisfaction.

o   Provide customer service/support to current customers regarding the coating process, reverse engineering, and CNC machining services.

o   Promote growth within territory and identify new business opportunities.

o   Provide sales support to representatives in outlying territories

o   Generate sales quotations and proposals

o   Provide A/R support within territory

o   Prospecting / Telemarketing new opportunities

o   Qualify new customers

o   Monitor competition though information gathering

o   Provide management with monthly sales numbers and projected monthly / quarterly sales targets.

Typical Percentage / Split:

-          20% - Support production / engineering with work currently in-house

-          50% - Telemarketing / Prospecting new customers

-          10% - Communication w/new and/or dormant customers

-          10% - Support field sales representatives

-          5% - Quoting

-          5% - Other
