Our Staff Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling services for our clients. Our office for this position is located in central Dallas, Texas. The Staff Coordinator will be responsible for:
Job Responsibilities
Applicant must have a vehicle at our office location, current driver’s license, current automobile insurance and pass drug screens and mandatory state and federal background checks.
Starting annual salary is $31,200
- Scheduling clients and CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.
- All applicants must be organized, detail oriented, be able to multi-task, demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.
- You must have good decision makings skills, sound judgment, and the ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills.
- The ability to handle stress is mandatory. This is a fast-paced position in a busy office with extensive clientele that requires you to be able to handle many scheduling scenarios at once.

- Primary duty is to schedule caregivers with clients for daily, weekly and monthly assignments ensuring compatibility and customer satisfaction
- Provide first line of communication for in-field employees to make changes to schedules, call-offs, and informational updates
- Monitor, mediate, and log both client and employee activity and follow up on employee assignments and client service
- Perform on-call duties
- Monitor and maintain employee vacation schedules
- Participate in employee meetings and group functions
- Answer telephones in a professional, knowledgeable, and inviting manner
- Stable work history in health care staffing or a related field
- Knowledge of Home Care Industry (preferred)
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Experience with conflict resolution and crisis management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Computer and multi-line phone proficient
- Ability to effectively manage several tasks at once
- Valid Driver’s License
