Home Instead Senior Care - Costal Orange County is searching for a Client Care Manager to assist in its goal to provide responsive, reliable, consistent, and quality care to the seniors in its territory. The Client Care Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with the care they receive from Home Instead CAREGivers.
Duties include, but are not limited to: 

• Responding to client inquiries, seeking out new clients and managing client relationships
• Solving client problems and ensuring satisfactory care
• Managing client files and information in our company database
• Promoting the company image through internet marketing, social media, and business relationships
• Maintaining the company website using simple web-editing skills

 The ideal candidate will possess:

• Sales and marketing skills
• Ability to develop good interpersonal relationship
• Ambitious and energetic approach to meeting client’s needs
• A positive attitude with a passion for working with people and performing meaningful work
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

2 degree in Healthcare-related programs , Social Work, or Marketing, or preferred.
