SUMMARY Must be able to perform each essential duty to the satisfaction of Big Thrill Factory standards including accurately and efficiently cooking menu items, sandwiches, soups, salads, appetizers, and dessert. Performs other duties in the areas of food preparation including sauce making, portioning, and general station setup. RESPONSIBILITIES Desire to work as a team member in a fun-filled environment Constantly strives to deliver the best tasting food to our guests consistently Knows the menu and is fully capable of preparing any item Knows the proper presentation, make up technique, preparation method and desired flavor of all items on the menu Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served Knows proper function, operations, maintenance and cleaning of all kitchen appliances Follows cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area Understands basic kitchen sanitation guidelines Handles stores and rotates all products properly Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed Big Thrill Factory is the Twin Cities go-to place for FUN!
