Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist for a full time, direct hire employment opportunity based out of Wisconsin Rapids. As a member of the plant leadership team, you will be working in conjunction with the plant manager and the HR business partner, providing administrative and operations support to the plant. Qualified candidates should have a experience in policy interpretation, government regulations and legislated practices (i.e. affirmative action, employment equality). Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and or Business Management
- five to ten years progressive HR Generalist experience required
- Experience working in a 24/7 manufacturing environment preferred
- Professional HR Certification preferred (ex. SPHR, CHRP)
- Experience using HRIS, LMS, and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation
