About this job

The customer service representative will provide information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services, in addition to selling our products and setting up accounts.
Responsibility:
Professionally handle incoming calls from prospective and current customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
Gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions.
Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: billing, placing orders, and web troubleshooting.
Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company.
Requirements:
Customer service and/or call center experience is a must
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing (bilingual a plus)
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while on the phone with clients
Knowledge of Apple products and software a plus
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed
Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
