We’re looking for a bright, energetic, and hard working leader who is able to give direction on leading the Operations Program in our resturant. This individual must be eager to take on a challenge and seek continuous improvement; they are always looking for how they can make something better. These leaders enjoy getting to know the team members, connecting with guests, and service in general. They handle responsibility well, don’t cut corners, and represent the business in a professional manner. These leaders also know the importance of having fun with the team (when appropriate).

Requirements:

• Must have a 4-year College Degree
• Must be organized and can show past results
• Must be an excellent communicator and team builder
• Must be able to work at least 25 hours per week and nights (2 times per week) and weekends (at least 3 times per month)
• Must be able to drive and have reliable transportation
• Modeling and expecting Chick-fil-A’s “Recipe for Service”, “The Core 4”, “The Art of Reading the Customer”, and “Second Mile Service” for all team members
• Must treat all customers as the top priority
• Must act as a coach rather than a player always
• Must enforce food quality expectations for each product and standards inside the business
