Production and Fabrication Technician - Full-time / Part-time

PrideStaff is currently working with Rocklin area company actively searching for Production and Manufacturing Technicians to work multiple shifts. We are searching for candidates with recent work experience in Production, Manufacturing, Fabrication, Carpentry and Assembly. Industrial and construction experience may pertain.

Everyday Job Duties :

? Work in a team environment to achieve the production goals of the company

? Maintain equipment and contribute to clean production and warehouse areas

? Working with production machinery

? Inspect quality of product after production

? Read or follow verbal instructions/documents specific to each job

? Read and follow the Standard Operating Procedures

? Promote teamwork, communication, and safety at all times

? Consistently be on site and ready to start on time

? Maintain professional work standards

? Report to a supervisor or manager

? Be a positive supporter and promoter of corporate goals, objectives and culture



Job Requirements:



Production, Light Industrial Requirements

? Able to understand production/job requirements and follow through on each job’s successful completion

? Be willing to submit to a general assessment involving thinking through basic tasks and challenges including some basic math questions

? Able to stand for extended periods of time and handle tasks that require reaching, bending and carrying. Some assignments may require repetitive moving or lifting up to 50 lbs

Mandatory Requirements:

? Candidates will be required to submit- to and pass a drug screen

? Must be willing to submit to a background check

? Must provide at least 3 business references, and contact phone numbers, from recent employers/managers or supervisor from production/industrial positions

? Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly

? Must have consistently reliable means of transportation

? Candidates must be 18 years of age, or older and able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
