PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
1. Inside salesperson who will assist customers with purchasing decisions and excellent customer service during their shopping experience.
2. Would prefer candidate who has an understanding of agricultural and farming practices, horticulture or gardening, or equine/livestock background.
3. Responsible for the operation of sales terminal at checkout counter.
4. Responsible for consolidating cash drawers at end of business day.
5. Assists in merchandising and stocking products within the showroom and outside storage lots.
6. May attend training schools and educational meetings.
7. Adheres to SS Corporate policies and procedures
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School education or equivalent.
- Will accept current high school students.
- Able to pass background and drug screening.
- Previous sales or cashier experience helpful.
- Prefer prior knowledge in agriculture, animal husbandry or horticulture.
