Hours: Weekday Evenings and Saturdays Available
The Neighborhood Canvasser position
Canvasser's basic duties are to ask homeowners if we can send a representative out to give them a free quote on Weed Man lawn care services. The job is only to gain approval for a representative to give the homeowner an estimate, not to actually sell anything. Canvassers need to maintain a presentable appearance. We will provide company logo T-shirts and sweatshirts. We provide transportation to and from the neighborhoods.
The hours are M-F 4:30pm - 8:30pm and optional Saturday's 9:00am - 2:00pm
;Canvassers can expect to work up to 24 hours per week with some schedule fluctuation allowed.
Presentable appearance and the ability to convey our message to the public is more important than education and experience for this position.
There is an hourly minimum wage guarantee, however, pay is based on performance and people in this position typically average 9 - 15 dollars per hour.
This is a perfect job for high school and college students.
This is a great permanent part time opportunity with advancement potential for the right candidate.
