Biscuitville, Inc is a family owned, quick service restaurant chain with 54 locations in North Carolina and Virginia. We are currently recruiting a Restaurant Quality Assurance Specialist to conduct prearranged as well as unannounced restaurant inspections and audits for all of our locations.
- Must be Guest Obsessed and able to demonstrate exceptional guest experience.
- Evaluates conditions of restaurant environment, equipment, personnel, waste removal, general sanitation, equipment hygiene, and structure maintenance of our restaurants
- Conducts inventory audits, before and after restaurant hours.
- Requires attention to detail, acute observation, and analytical skills are essential.
- Experience conducting legal or ethical investigations is desirable, and sometimes required.
- Requires flexible schedule required, early morning to late afternoon.
Operations background required with 5 years experience in upper management level. The Q.A. Specialist position should have demonstrated success in a position of authority.
