We are currently hiring Dispatchers in the Hialeah, FL area. This is a temp-to-hire position and is an excellent opportunity with a reputable company, starting immediately.

Job Description:

• Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment or service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications or needs, using radios or telephones.
•  The Dispatcher will arrange for necessary repairs in order to restore service and schedules.
• Relay work orders, messages and information to or from work crews, supervisors and field inspectors
• Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems and requests for service or equipment.
•  The Dispatcher is responsible for preparing daily work, running schedules and receiving/preparing work orders.
• Oversees all communications within specifically assigned territories
•  Monitors personnel and/or equipment locations and utilization in order to coordinate service and schedules.
• Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services and other dispatch information 
• The Dispatcher must be a team player
• Must have a High School Diploma/GED
• Must be a fast learner Must be willing to work flexible hours
• Bilingual is a plus
• Committed to safety at all times
• Excellent attendance

Pay Rate:  $13.00 per hour
