WE ARE NOW HIRING FOR ALL POSITIONS FOR OUR CLEAR LAKE (Nassau Bay) LOCATION! Dish, bus, cold-prep, hot-prep, line servers, cashiers, and greeters.
Salata is The Next Generation Salad Bar where you create your tossed-to-order, fresh salad or salad wrap by choosing from a variety of fresh lettuces, vegetables, fruits, nuts, cheeses, dressings, chicken and seafood. We have 28 locations in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Los Angeles, and we are growing rapidly.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ideal candidates will have a flexible schedule, a great appearance, reliable transportation and a BIG smile.
Managers, shift leads, Dish, bus, cold-prep, hot-prep, line servers, cashiers, and greeters.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Taking care of the guests
Helping the guests create salad/wrap
Educating the guests about product
Prepping/Cooking
Cleaning
Working well within a team
Providing great customer service
BOH team preps in the morning, then turn into servers on our line during lunch.
Required skills/qualities:
MUST SPEAK ENGLISH
Outgoing and friendly
Sense of urgency
Take direction
Work as a team
Some restaurant experience is preferred
Catering representatives and events team:
Take, execute, deliver catering orders
Be friendly and outgoing
Comfortable speaking in front of a group of people
Learn and communicate the Salata brand
Work community events
Starting pay is $8 -- 9 depending on position applying for and experience.
We are looking to fill FT/PT positions for AM and PM shifts.
