Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Provide every guest with a personal, exceptional experience
- Ensure prompt, professional and efficient operations at the front desk
- Providing engaging and distinctive guest service
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures
- Follow all required standards and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous Hotel Experience
- Ability to solve problems and multitask
- High energy and enthusiasm for guest service
- Hilton experience preferred
