Production Supervisor

Position Summary
The Distribution Center Production Supervisor position is a key contributing member of our East Coast Distribution Facility, Our 300,000 sq. ft. facility distributes wholesale denim apparel to major retail distribution centers and retail stores throughout the United States. The Distribution Center Production Supervisor's  role and responsibility is to manage multiple processing areas within our distribution facility. These processing areas are uniquely specific to each of our retail customers compliance manual instructions. The ability to demonstrate the leadership qualities to lead multiple teams simultaneously and complete each order per our customer's compliance requirements is a must. The successful candidate must demonstrate the qualities and personal strengths to communicate effectively, demonstrate the ability to enforce customer compliance and company policy and procedures. Provide daily interaction with all departments enforcing customer order compliance throughout all levels of the distribution processes. Demonstrated ability to positively impact team success The Production Supervisor  will also develop strong partnerships with their peers to support services provided to other departments.

Job Requirements

•  Additionally the candidate should have a demonstrated track record of advancement and possess the ability to multi-task and add value to the organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are also required
• Basic computer skills
• Strengths in math and numerical calculations
•  Bilingual (Spanish) speaking a plus.
• Have excellent English and Spanish language skills.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
