Requirements
Come be a part of the North American headquarters for Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (TEMA) in Erlanger, Kentucky . TEMA is responsible for Toyota's engineering design, development, R&D and manufacturing activities in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. This position is best suited for individuals who enjoy working as a key component of a large, structured security team in a challenging, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate must be able to provide customer service to the highest of standards – capable of representing Whelan as the premier provider of security services in the industry.
Mandatory Prerequisites
A successful Security Officer candidate must meet the following requirements:
· Legally authorized to work in the United States.
· At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
· Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED).
· Demonstrate a stable work history.
· Pass an extensive background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background checks (local, state and federal), drug test, aptitude tests, skills assessment, interviews, and personality profile (behavioral assessment).
We are looking for intelligent, courteous individuals with a friendly attitude, professional demeanor, great customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
