Retail Supervisor

We have an immediate opening for a Retail Supervisor.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Operating on 63 acres, it is America’s only downtown area theme and water park. Elitch Gardens is open May through October and offers 53 rides, live entertainment, shopping, dining and breathtaking views of Denver from every angle.

JOB SUMMARY: Oversee rental/retail team members, ensure accurate pricing of merchandise and maintain inventory levels.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Supervisor with pricing, transferring, stocking, and maintaining inventories at a constant rate.
• Responsible for displaying merchandise with the intent to promote sales and discourage theft. Assisting Unit Supervisors with crew training and unit administration.
• Assisting crew with short breaks and lunch periods whenever necessary.
• Assists in overseeing departmental staff within an area/unit of approximately 12 Retail/Rental Team Members.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to multi task.
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Must possess oral and written English skills and be able to communicate with Guests and other employees effectively.
• Required to work in various weather conditions.
• Candidate must be 16 years of age.
• Available to work overtime. – If over 18 years of age.
• Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail.
