Own tools – including electronic leak detector, drill, refrigerant pressure gauge, vacuum analyzer, gas pressure test kit (optional).

Full EPA Certification required

Positive attitude, good communicator- focus on customer service and managing client expectations. Team player, but can work Independently. Can manage conflicting priorities.

Duct & Sheetmetal. Can read blueprints.

Performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs for commercial HVAC systems. Must be able to troubleshoot and correctly diagnose electrical, control and mechanical failures and problems.

Electrical and mechanical component analysis capability * refrigerant analysis capability & fluid dynamics familiarity

Well versed on all equipment related to high-rise buildings – ie, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, VFD's, building automation controls and water source heat pumps.

Exp. w/ controls such as Trane tracer summit, metasys, delta. (Alerton a plus). Also a plus, exp. In Mitsubishi VRF, Daikin VRV.

Problem solver, troubleshooting, self starter. Flexible hours. Career minded Full time + benefits.

Range is $20 – $35 per hour DOE. Both south and north county positions available.
