About this job

We are a 24/7/365 call center that has immediate openings . Holidays, weekends are included in this position. Job Responsibilities include but not limited to: Answsering phones for client calls experiencing emergency situations or requesting service. Make Appointments for offices and dispatch service calls as needed. Take messages that include callers name, phone number, address if required and reason for the call. Determine if the call is a true emergency or can wait for follow up by the client's office in the morning. Dispatch calls as needed. Make notes and follow up on calls. Schedule appointments as needed per client's instructions. Maintain call center database by entering client information and changes as needed by end user. Skills/Qualifications: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, Appointment Scheduling, Medical Terminology, Data Entry 40wpm, Listening Skills, Problem Solving, Multi-tasking,
