ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:
The essential functions of the RDC Field Auditor position are to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures at RDC locations and serve as a liaison with Operations Leads in the regional stores.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties and responsibilities of the Inventory Distribution Auditor are essential in the daily execution of the position:
•Performs, reconcile and report all spot checks within the RDC
•Work, track, and follow up on daily Transfer Receiving Reports
•On a sample basis, review spot check documentation from stores within designated region. Provide feedback as needed to the stores on the effectiveness and quality of the documentation
•Facilitate hands-on, controlled movement of inventory through RDC damage and RTV processes
•Serve as key liaison for all Operations Leads within that region on inventory related issues
•Coordinate and conduct monthly training calls with regional Operations Leads
•Coordinate and conduct quarterly on-site training sessions with regional Operations Leads
•Travel to region stores to provide special assistance to new Operations Leads, as needed
•Monitors Inventory Control mailbox
•Consult with regional distribution team to help ensure all inventory-related functions are being performed in accordance with established procedures

Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
•Familiarity with model number's and company concepts
•Strong oral and written communication
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
•Ability to work with limited supervision

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Job Classification: Light
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and or up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and or a negligible amount of force constantly (Constantly: activity or condition exists 2/3 or more of the time) to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Sedentary Work. Even thought the weight lifted may be only a negligible amount, a job should be rated Light Work: (1) when it requires walking or standing to a significant degree; or (2) when it requires sitting most of the time but entails pushing and or pulling of arm or leg controls and or (3) when the job requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and or pulling of materials even though the weight of those materials is negligible. NOTE: The constant stress and strain of maintaining a production rate pace, especially in an industrial setting can be and is physically demanding of a worker even though the amount of force is negligible.
MOVEMENT:
•Minimally- (1-10%) squat, kneel, balance,
•Occasionally- (11-33%) stand, twist/turn, stoop, bend, climb, reach above shoulder
•Frequently-(34-66%) sit, walk, repetitive hand/wrist

LIFT/CARRY:
•Minimally- (1-10%) 10-20 lbs
•Occasionally- (11-33%) less than 10 lbs
