Wanna Play is a play based Drop-in Child Care Center offering drop-in care, preschool and camps for kids ages 6 wks to 12 yrs. We have a passion for creating a welcoming, playful, fun environment for children to explore and socialize in. If you have a natural ability to engage with children, are energetic and communicate well, we'd like to meet you!
Responsibilities include ensuring the safety of children in our care, leading games and crafts, assisting with hygiene and meals, providing positive discipline and guidance, and ensuring that state standards are met or exceeded at all times. CPR/First Aid certification required.
Must have reliable transportation.
Flexibility to work 1-2 evenings and/or rotating weekend shift required.
Minimum 1 year prior preschool teaching, licensed child care, camp experience or enrichment program experience required.
