PIC’s & ASSISTANT MANAGERS:

Jimmy John’s is looking for qualified PIC’s (People in Charge) and Assistant Managers. All our General Managers and Area Managers are strictly promoted from within the ranks so if you have some management experience and want a career at Jimmy John’s this is the place to start! Jimmy John’s PIC’s and Assistant Managers must complete our 30 day MIT (Manager in Training) program, after which they will enjoy a competitive salary, generous profit sharing bonus plan, paid time off, additional training, growth potential and a stable management chain.
