Cage Cashier - Full-time / Part-time

Our Cage Operations Department is looking for part time and full time Cage Cashiers who accurately perform cash, coin, chip, credit cards and check cashing transactions in a timely manner. We need detail-oriented talent who will deliver on world-class guest service.

Responsibilities include:

• Consistently conduct accurate coin, chip, slot machine tickets and cash handling transactions
• Perform all duties while complying with governmental laws and regulations, Casino and Departmental policies and procedures
• Balance the bank inventory at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies to the manager on duty
• Process checks, credit/debit card transactions, promotional vouchers, gift cards, and foreign currency exchanges
• Always greet the guest with a smile, and work collaboratively with all Viejas Team Members to develop and maintain a positive environment

Viejas is a 24/7 operation which requires flexibility in your work schedule. You must be available to work any day of the week. We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years cash handling experience, cage cashier, bank teller, retail store checker or a related area; good mathematical skills; ability to work in a fast paced environment.
