Food & Beverage Service Runner (Casino Service Attendant)

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Delivers prompt and accurate food and beverage services to our guest’s satisfaction in a friendly and professional manner.
• Utilizes the point of sale ticket system to prepare requested beverage drink orders for our guests and monitors service requests and ticket times using a handheld electronic devise.
• Effectively communicates and works closely with other Attendants, Casino Service Representatives and other food and beverage team members in order to deliver excellent service.
• Responds and understands guest preferences while providing an exceptional guest experience.

Qualified candidates must be available to work the late afternoon/evening/night shift any day of the week; high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years of age required; must obtain Food Handler’s Certificate; hospitality experience a plus; excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including demonstrated knowledge and ability to operate electronic mobile devices.
