General Manager - Full-time / Part-time

We have an immediate opening for a General Manager.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Dickey's Barbecue Pit is the largest BBQ franchise in the country with almost 400 locations, and Dickey’s is also the fastest growing quick serve restaurant in the country! The Dickey's team is rapidly expanding in the Northwest Arkansas market and is looking for experienced and highly motivated crew members and restaurant managers.

Dickey’s Barbecue Pit is now hiring a General Manager.

The role of the General Manager is to run the day-to-day restaurant operations at the specified location, reporting directly to the franchise owner. The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:

• 3+ years experience as General Manager of a quick service restaurant
• Effective recruiter of new talent
• Provides daily leadership and training helping crew achieve high standards with positive attitude
• Creates and implements weekly schedules that meet customer service needs while delivering financial labor targets
• Controls daily processes and ordering patterns effectively to hit cost of goods targets while maintaining in-stock levels
• Ability to perform basic administrative reporting tasks on Microsoft Office platform and Aloha POS system
• Demonstrates expertise in catering sales and execution
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills including transparency with franchise owner
• Personable with excellent customer service & training skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to maintain Dickey’s core standards
• Be able to maintain and improve processes
• Professional appearance
• Possess a "Can-do" attitude and takes ownership
