Requirements to be a CAREGiver:
**PART TIME/ON-CALL CNAs for Southern/Northern PG County NEEDED IMMEDIATELY**
weekdays & weekends work needed
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Assistance with grooming and bathing
- Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
- Alzheimer’s Care
- Transportation to doctors appointments/errands
Requirements to be a CAREGiver:
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Ability to cook basic meals
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
- 1 year experience as certified nurse assistant
- 1 year experience working with seniors if applying for companion position
- ability to drive in Prince Georges County and Washington, DC
- Drivers license is not required for live-in positions
