About this job

Our client in the San Jose, CA area is looking for administrative assistants of all levels. The Administrative Assistants will provide excellent, comprehensive administrative and operational support to leaders in the organization. The candidate will be responsible for both general executive administrative tasks. Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Requirements include:
-Candidate should have experience in administrative support.
-Should also demonstrate excellent leadership and professional presence.
-Experience handling confidential and sensitive materials with discretion.
-Strong communication (written and verbal), detail-oriented, highly organized and ability to work across functions with customers (both internal & external).
-Motivated to work in a fast-pace environment and ability to prioritize workload proactively with a sense of urgency.
