Production Lead - 2 Openings

Lead the manufacturing process of artificial stone veneer and hardscape products. This position develops and maintains a team work ethic and positive attitude with fellow employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead production role of manufacturing process
• Driect efforts of four to six person team in accomplishing assigned production duties.
• Maintain a positive, productive work environment
• Enforce adherence to safety and conduct standards
• Ensure maintenance and organization of the shop
• Assist with physical inventories
• Patricipate in periodic meetings to include product training, store training, merchandising and other policy and procedure review.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Enjoyment of physical labor and ability to lift up to 100lbs.
• Career-minded with exceptional work ethic
• Ability to lead by example
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Neat, clean and professional apprerance.
• Valid driver's license and rliable transporation
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Forklift certified and operating experience beneficial
• Prior concrete-related industry beneficial

Pay:

$15/hr

Hours:

40 to 45 hours a week.
