ComForcare Senior Services has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate/motivated individual to assume the role of Community Liaison in the South East Phoenix area.

We are seeking a (full time or part time) marketer/community liaison for a fast growing company. Experience as a social worker considered a bonus but not required.

This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships.  Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical.  Must have the ability to effectively communicate with referral sources in a clinical manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources
  • Successfully generate community awareness of our services
  • Drive business through relationship building, presentations, and excellent customer service
  • Communicate effectively and educate our referral sources as to why ComForcare is the Home Care company of choice

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Superior ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers, clients, co-workers, and all supervisors
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Must have reliable vehicle with driver license in good standing
  • Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
  • Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
