An international automotive glass manufacturer is expanding its Orion, MI location! In order to get their new building up and running, 75+ employees will be added.
Located in Orion, this massive plant supplies glass to some of the top automotive manufacturers in North America including GM, Chrysler, Kia, and Hyundai. Their glass can be seen on popular vehicles such as the Dodge Challenger, the Chevy Cruze, and several Jeep models.

Job details:
1st and 2nd shift available
$8/hr to start (opportunity for a $1 raise exists after 720 hours are completed with minimal attendance and performance issues)
This is a LONG TERM opportunity. Most of the current production employees have been there for 1-2+ years. A handful have been promoted to management positions and other departments.
Duties might include:
- Machine operating – loading/unloading
- Manual priming of the glass
- Visual Inspection/Quality
Requirements:
- at least 6 months of light industrial experience
- the ability to lift 25 pounds/stand for 10 hours
- great work ethic and a genuine interest in learning new things
- a driver’s license is required
