The Mission of the role:
The Immediate Consumption Manager will lead the development of the Region’s On Premise market channels to contribute to the company’s return of investment on Cold Drink Equipment by developing and implementing Single Service volume building programs and managing expenses and controls relating to cold drink assets

ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Utilize resources, people and processes, to develop a cohesive team to increase profitable on premise channel volume by providing superior customer service
  • Coach and develop resource teams in sales, distribution and equipment service
  • Manage cross functionally with branch, area and division teams at all levels
  • Measure systems of profitability and volume by channel
  • Manage outlet execution to Company standards through assigned personnel
  • Develop strategies to increase sales volume in all Cold Drink channels
  • Control promotional discounts by ensuring compliance to established requirements and pricing standards
  • Make key account calls on assigned accounts to maximize volume and gross profit.
  • Two years cold drink experience in progressively responsible positions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
  • Oversee operations in Indiana, Kentucky, St. Louis and Tennessee that includes 4-5 direct reports
  • Manage and control Cold Drink Equipment expenses
Provide and implement Cold Drink Equipment solutions that combine the Single Serve growth across all market channel

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree from accredited university
  • One year experience leading cold drink teams
