A Financial Controller should be well versed in...

• Planning, forecasting, and management of working capital
• Accounting and financial reporting/analysis, annual operating budgets, and development of standard costs
• Reviewing and improving internal financial process and procedures
• 401k plan administrator assistant and payroll backup
• Supporting management team in all processes relating to financial responsibility, operational processes/procedures, safeguarding of assets, inventory control, credit limits, risk management
• Being a strong mentor and builder of positive team environment
  

General Controller Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or business
• 5+ years relevant experience
• Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and development skills
• Ability to manage multiple individuals and multi-step projects
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
