Crew Leader - Part-time

Golden Chick is a great place to work and grow in your knowledge of the quick service restaurant industry!  We are looking for an experienced/dependable associate who currently or in the past has worked in the restaurant industry.  This individual must show leadership qualities.

Compensation: This will be based upon your proven exprience.

Availability: Must be available to work days and nights as well as weekends.

Must have transportation to work.

References will be checked.

Job Description for Crew Leader:

1. Learn to work and manage each of the 6 production stations in our business model.

2. Production stations include: dine-in customer care & cashiering, drive-thru customer care & cashiering, dine-in customer packaging, drive-thru customer packaging, food preparation, and chicken chef.

3. Once trained as a Crew Leader, this individual will be responsible for training new associates, continued training of current associates and helping with opening and/or closing duties.

4. Crew Leaders will help to enhance customer care to create happy/satisfied customers who pass on their great experience at Golden Chick to friends and family.

5. Crew Leaders help Shift Manager with production accountability and managment/accountability of shift crew.

6. Crew Leaders will learn all the details of managment in a Golden Chick franchise for the purpose of advancement based on performance of duties and leadership qualities exhibited.
