Telephone Answering Service Agent - Full-time

Description A Better Connection is a telephone answering service located in Gilbert, Arizona. We operate 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We answer calls and take messages for physicians, and all types of professional businesses around the United States. We currently have openings for full time hours. We do not have set schedules so every applicant must have a flexible schedule, and must be available to work weekends and holidays. Applicants may be required to submit to a criminal background check and a drug test. This is a unique and interesting job, where no call is the same. Skills/ Requirements Applicants MUST be able to: *Type at a minimum of 40WPM *Have a pleasant phone voice *Have a flexible schedule *Must work weekends, and holidays *Have reliable transportation *Excellent communication skills *Bilingual is a plus, but not necessary *Experience is a plus, but not necessary Important Notes Please do NOT show up at our location unless you have an appointment. Thank you Pay Rate: $9.50 to $12.00/hour Pay Comments: This is an entry level position starting at $9.50 per hour. Our pay grades change depending on skills learned and willingness to move forward in the position.
