About this Position
We are seeking a qualified professional with elder care and community relations experience that is interested in a dynamic role as our Community Liaison. You will enjoy working with a committed team of professionals while you cultivate and maintain strong relationships with health care providers and our clients and families. As our Community Liaison you will facilitate quality assurance measures, assist with care plans, caregiver trainings, community education and marketing strategies. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in this or related fields is required. Strong presentation skills needed. RN or LPN a plus but not required.
The Bottom Line: we are looking for someone who will fit into the culture of our office. We are a small group of hard working, fun loving and compassionate professionals that aren’t afraid to embrace upfront honesty in order to achieve clarity and ultimately mutual respect and healthy accountability. We are goal oriented and supportive of one another and we want someone to join our team that is looking for a stable yet challenging environment to grow professionally and have fun all while helping to improve the quality of life for seniors.
