Call Center Representative - Full-time

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking an experienced customer service representative in a call center environment to start immediately. This person would work with clientele to secure orders and maintain positive/profitable relations through courtesy and honesty and should be willing to go the extra mile. Duties to include (not limited to):

-         Receiving inbound calls:

• Processing orders and enter data while maintaining customer service
• Remain available 80% in the phone queue

-         Support assigned territory manager with promotions and updates

-         Develop sales techniques to gradually move into making outbound calls

-         Represent and sell the company by living the "company culture"

Job Requirements:

-         Excellent communication and math skills

-         Previous call center experience or customer service experience in construction or supply environment

-         Excel, Word, key boarding (accuracy is vital), and Trend is a plus (or any ordering system experience)

-         Learn about products and be able to apply knowledge to sell to clientele

-         Learn operations and procedures to apply in problem solving situations

-         Be ready to make positive contributions to the team

-         Flexibility relative to hours and coverage

-         Construction and/or millwork technical knowledge
