As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance of customer’s lawns throughout the scheduled application of our exclusive, natural, organic-based fertilizers and other weed, disease, and insect control products. Aspects of the position include physical labor, customer service, consulting with customers, and time management. We are looking for candidates who possess a strong work ethic, high energy level, self-motivated, and excellent communication skills.

While you provide the ongoing service to your “route” customers, NaturaLawn of America will provide you with the “in the field” and classroom training to develop a career in the green industry.

Unlike other lawn care companies, our employees are year-round. At the end of our lawn care season you will transition to hanging exterior holiday lights for our lighting customers.
