Requirements

The personal appearance of sales associates communicates the class of operation of the store. Sales associates represent the company and should always be neat and clean. Uniforms give a consistent look to the store operations and keep sales associates from wearing clothing that does not represent the quality and style of the company. It is the policy of Break Time Convenience Stores that all store personnel be in uniform at all times while at work.

Immoderate hairstyles and unnatural hair colors are unacceptable for both male and female sales associates. Male sales associates are to keep hair no longer than collar-length. Sales associates may wear mustaches, goatees, or beards that are neatly trimmed and clean. Sales associates may not have visible tattoos or visible body-piercing jewelry or ear gauges, except moderate earrings (no loops, dangling, or anything that hangs below the earlobe), and no more than one per earlobe. All jewelry must be moderate in # of pieces, and style.

The complete uniform policy will be provided as part of the employment process.
