Flagger/Traffic Control

We are currently hiring Flaggers and Traffic Control Laborers at our Irving office. This position requires you to control traffic and/or pedestrians, stand for long hours in all kinds of weather, and be able to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs. You must have your own transportation, be available at any time of the day or night, get along with other crew members, present yourself with a professional manner, and have unlimited patience with the general public. Duties for this position include but are not limited to: *Managing day-to-day work zone set up, maintenance and tear down. *Lifting, carrying, placing and assembling traffic control equipment (i.e. signs, barrels, barricades and cones). *Driving company vehicles as needed. *Following company and state guidelines for effective, safe, and well managed work zones. To be eligible for consideration, you MUST: 1. Portray and maintain a “SAFETY FIRST” attitude. 1. Have a valid Texas State driver's license and a reliable means of transportation. 2. Pass a drug screen. 3. Be able to lift and/or carry a minimum of 50 lbs. Prior experience in traffic control services is helpful but not required as we can train the right individuals.
